Rent the Grange
We are pleased to offer the second floor Meeting Room of The Grange for rental.
Before contacting us to reserve the room, please review the rental details below to see if it is an appropriate venue for your meeting.

Eligibility
Sudbury nonprofit organizations and community groups, Sudbury Town Departments, as well as Sudbury Foundation grant recipients are eligible to rent the space for educational, cultural, charitable, or civic purposes.
The Meeting Room is not available for private or social functions, for-profit organizations, political organizations, or fundraising events.
Facility & Fees
The room holds 60 people seated or 100 standing. The facility includes a kitchen, elevator, wireless internet service, easels, 60 chairs, two 6-foot tables, six 8-foot tables, projector and screen, and podium/microphone.
Alcoholic beverages and smoking are prohibited in all areas of the building.
The renter is responsible for set-up and basic clean up of the room.
Notice of cancellation must be given 24 hours before the scheduled use.
Note: We share a parking lot with Peter Noyes Elementary School, Sudbury Town Hall, and the Sudbury History Center and Museum. During school hours, parking may be limited.
The cost is $50 for half-day use (four hours or less) and $100 for full-day use (over four hours). Town of Sudbury Boards, Committees, or Departments may use the space at no charge.
Policies
It is the Sudbury Foundation’s policy, in its employment practices, procedures, and facilities usage, not to discriminate with regard to age, gender, sexual orientation, race, color, national origin, religious affiliation, or disability. Groups using the Sudbury Foundation’s facilities shall affirm a similar commitment.
All materials promoting an event at the Grange, should focus on the event and its sponsor, and should not in any way appear to portray the event as a Sudbury Foundation event unless prior written permission is obtained from the Sudbury Foundation. All publicity must include the following text: This event is held at, but not sponsored by the Sudbury Foundation. Any views and opinions expressed are not those of the Sudbury Foundation.
